Q: What are the opening times for the events?
B: Saturday 27^th Sep – 1pm – 11pm, Last Entry is 7pm

Q: Do you have disabled facilities?
A: The Festival is on a flat field, with disabled toilets.

Please notify us before-hand if you are on crutches or wheelchair so we can greet you at the gate and assist with queues. info@dancegenevents.co.uk

Please be aware, the location is a greenspace park and as such the main area of the festival is only accessible by entering the grass field. Please make your carer aware beforehand so you are prepared for every eventuality.

Q: How do I get to the event?
A: We encourage public transport. The 21 and 93 busses will get you from Newcastle city centre to the event, or you can get the green or yellow tram. Using buses or the tram will take less than 30 mins from the city centre.

Q: How do we enter the festival?
A: The event entrance is accessed from Neilson Road. The festival site is part of the Gateshead Stadium grounds. You can find the festival site field by following the path around the stadium and then turning right, there will be signage and stewards to direct you along the way.

Q: What’s the best way to get home after the festival?
A: Bus

Q: Can I leave the event site and then come back (i.e. is there pass-outs)?
A: There are no pass outs.

Q: How old do I need to be to attend, and will I need ID?
A: You will need to be 18 or Older. We operate a challenge-25 policy upon Entry and at All Bars, if you look younger than 25, bring ID.

Q: Is there a Dress Code?
A: It's a Festival, Go Wild!

Q: Will you be releasing the Set Times?
A: Set Times will be released online on the day of the event.

Q: Is it Cash or Card?
A: All bars will accept Cash or Card for Drinks. Food Vendors & Stalls will also accept both.

Q: What about the Weather:
A: All music stages are under cover; ponchos are available to purchase from the Merch Stand.

Q: Can I pay on the day?
A: Yes, we'll have tickets at the Box Office. Save a few quid by purchasing online in advance.

Q: Can I Upgrade my Standard Ticket to VIP?
A: Yes, if the VIP is not sold out, so we may only have limited Upgrades. Head to the Box Office on the day... this will cost you £20 per upgrade.

Q: I have a general Ticket Question
A: Please contact the Ticket Outlet where you purchased your ticket from.

Q: Do I need to print my Tickets Out?
A: Yes you can, or you can save the PDF to your phone, or use the Skiddle App to download to your Wallet.

Q: What does the VIP ticket include?
A: Having a VIP ticket gives you queue jump, a private area including posh loos, private bar, seating, food traders and more!

Q: Can I bring Food / Alcohol in with me?
A: Sadly not but we do have fully stocked Bars and plenty of Food Stalls.

Q: Alcohol / Drinks, tell me more.
A: We have Fully Stocked Bars selling all your favourites. You can use Cash/Card at the Bars.

Q: Which Drinks do you sell?
A: Beer / Cider / Mixed Fruit cider / Prosecco / Vodka / Gin / Rum / Wine / Whisky / Jager / Tequilla / Soft Drinks / Energy Drinks and more.

Q: How Much are the Drinks?
A: Drinks vary from £3 - £10 per drink. Soft Drinks to Spirits/Mixer, double up options also available. Premium drinks menu will be available from the VIP bar.

Q: Are there any lockers for my valuables?
A: We have lockers, look for the Go Hangers Cloakroom.

Q: Can I bring a bag?
A: Yes, this will be searched upon entry.

Q: Will Sets be recorded?
A: We will not be officially recording any sets, DJs may record their own sets though.

Q: Can we bring Suncream with us?
A: Yes, no glass bottles. 

Q: Can we bring Perfume / Deodorant?
A: Glass Bottles / Aerosols are Banned. Roll On Deodorant is fine.

Q: Is there anywhere to charge my Phone?
A: Yes, look for the Go Hangers Cloakroom, they have Charging Facilities.
